This first chapter release (Chapter X) of an upcoming book is an online book sponsored by The Reformer in order to inform the public of the extensive abuses within the government that is here to protect our rights and safety and to secure the rule of law, rather than the expediencies of the moment. Secondly, it is to convey Mr. Deering's story, a story of false arrest and malicious prosecution that began over a decade ago and continues to this very day; and lastly, to provide Mr. Deering with an opportunity to communicate to his beloved children why they, like so many other children, had to grow up without a father.

The reader will note that contrary to the very purpose of government, it is Our government employees and elected officials that are bringing disorder, injustice, and interjecting themselves further and further into our lives for their own gain. It is being done at the expense of our families, children, and grandparents with our tax dollars. How did it all begin? . . . .
