PETITION FOR INTERVENTION

I’m all alone on my BDay; why can’t my Dad come home?

WHEREAS:

Mr. Deering was directly supporting his children in accordance with his Constitutional rights and Judgment of Divorce;

Without statutory authority Judge McDonald of the Oakland County Circuit Court entered an order for support in violation of Mr. Deering’s rights and the Judgment of Divorce (unenforceable Void Order);

FOC Referee David Bertucci & Judge McDonald lawlessly deprived Mr. Deering of his liberty and the ability to maintain a home and direct support of his children by their usurpation of judicial authority, repetitive show causes, and the unfolding chain of incarcerations on their Void Order;

Assistant Attorney General Mitch Wood arrested Mr. Deering without probable cause knowing there was no valid order for support, and that no party to the Void Order resided in Michigan during the times he falsely alleged a crime was committed therein. And, he was brazen enough to admit same to Mr. Deering;

Michigan's broken public defender system did NOT provide Mr. Deering with anything remotely resembling Effective Legal Representation, only Plea Bargainers;

In Usurpation of Office, Rudy Nichols coerced the falsification of the court's jurisdiction by threatening to hold Mr. Deering in jail and then take him to trial if he didn't sign a Plea Agreement falsely stating there was a valid order for support and the location of the “alleged crime” was Pontiac, Michigan;

Judge Rudy Nichols (Mr. Co-Prosecutor) will NOT perform his solemn duty to Memorialize as Void and vacate his coerced and fabricated “conviction;”

Assistant Attorney Generals Mitch Wood and James Long have NOT and will NOT bring a Confession of Error and continue to hide behind legal ploys;

The Office of the Attorney General and the Michigan Department of Corrections are responsible for falsely listing Mr. Deering as a "Probation Absconder," which delays the lawful resolution of the case;

Pending the resolution of this matter Mr. Deering's son continues to experience the loss of a loving, devoted father, and the psychological harm associated therewith.

WHEREFORE, WE THE PEOPLE PETITION;

The Governor of the State of Michigan, Rick Snyder; to intervene in this case (No. 2005-206063-FH) granting Mr. Deering Clemency; or in the alternative, a Reprieve so that he can finally be heard in the Federal Courts;

The Governor of the State of Michigan, Rick Snyder; to investigate the Oakland County Friend of the Court, the Oakland County Circuit Court, and the Attorney General's Office - Family Law Division, for their intentional abuse of power outside their statutory authority in this and other similar cases;

The Governor of the State of Michigan, Rick Snyder, and Michigan Representatives; to initiate and support revisions to our Judicial Tenure AND Attorney Grievance oversight procedures in accordance with The Reformer 7 Point Model that places the decision making power of when and against whom an investigation will be initiated and what form of discipline will be enforced in the hands of We The People where it belongs;

The Judicial Tenure and the Attorney Grievance Commissions to disbar Judge Rudy Nichols, former AG Mike Cox, AAG James Long, and AAG Mitch Wood for their flagrant violations of the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct; utter disregard for Our constitutional limitations of power; perpetration of "Fraud Upon the Court;" and, the exercise of State power when and where they know they lack authority.
